Data center and compliance

Document Management Software Portal makes use of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its data centers, which are FIPs, FISMA, PCI, and GDPR accredited and adhere to the requirements of the US federal government and EU customers. AWS is also compliant with ISO 27001, SAS70, HIPAA, NIST, and other regulations. The portal uses the following safety procedures and protocols to ensure HIPPA and GDPR compliance: comprehensive audit trails, controlled logins, encryption for files at rest and in transit, automatic logoff, and granular access to files and folders.

Data hosting tiers

Each data center is ranked in one of four tiers: 1, 2, 3, or 4. The 1 to 4 tier ranking system is a uniform procedure used to identify the guaranteed reliability of a data center. Our AWS data center is Tier3+. This indicates that it provides at least 98% availability.
